Não haver nem caneta e nem bloco de notas. O gel de banho é o gel de mão com uma cor duvidosa. Não usei.

Boa localização.

É inaceitável acordar, querer tomar um banho e não ter água quente. Esperar. Falar da recepção é dizerem-me que depois do pequeno-almoço já devo ter. Tomar pequeno-almoço e esperar. Tomar banho perto do meio-dia com água fria, por exaustão de espera. Para quem faz uma escapadinha de fim de semana perder uma manhã com isto é impensável. Tomar banho com água fria intolerável. A não repetir nem aconselhar. Perante esta situação nenhuma solução por parte dos funcionários, apenas um pedido de desculpa. Quando fiz check-out e pedi o livro de reclamações ainda estive à espera largos minutos porque, pelos vistos, tinha de primeiro falar com um dos gerentes e só depois fazer a reclamação. Quando lhe disse que tinha tomado banho de água fria a resposta foi: “eu sei, também acabei de tomar”. Incrível e inaceitável.
