Quarto grande, confortável. Casa de banho muito boa. Piscina agradável. Bom pequeno almoço.

Afastado do centro, é necessário ir de carro. Janelas não garantem uma insonorização perfeita. Nada de grave, mas ainda assim. É preciso sair do hotel, pela frente, para ir para a piscina.

The staff in main hotel were lovely

Hotel was not like it looked in the pictures. Staff at pool were very friendly but disorganised and made a few mistakes with food order and drinks.

PA de boa qualidade, embora com reposição muito deficiente. Apesar de ter pedido 2 vezes não foi reposto o bacon. E os ovos mexidos muito tempo depois de ter sido chamada a atenção para a falta. Quarto cómodo e espaçoso, com boas vistas. Casa de banho espaçosa. Bom estacionamento em frente à entrada.

Atraso ou não reposição de produtos para o PA. Inexistência de suportes para o papel higiénico e para as toalhas de bidé, na casa de banho. Vidros das janelas dos quartos muito sujos.

A localização é muito boa, todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos o pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade.

Disparou um alarme durante a noite no piso onde estavamos e esteve toda a noite apitar que ninguem o foi desligar.

Todo cómodo, tranquilo, relajante. Muy recomendable.

Qué la piscina estaba cerrada, asumo que por las fechas, con lo que no es realmente una crítica como tal, más bien un reproche personal en la elección de fechas

"Great Hotel, Dissapointing Spa Facility"

This is a very nice hotel, close to the motorway but no traffic noise heard. Our room was perfect and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable with great pillows. We slept very well. We didn't have their breakfast so can't comment. The outdoor pool is also a bonus. A very good area to relax, comfortable sunbeds with cover from the sun. A recommend this hotel and would use it again.

The hotel needs to change it's information on this site regarding the wellness centre. The massage we wanted is no longer available and the turkish steam room is out of action. Therefore we only had sauna and jacuzzi. This hotel was booked for my wife's birthday. Now I will have to find her a massage elsewhere.
