I loved the owner. He is so sweet and kind and helpful with recommendations in the area. I loved that my room had Netflix. Sounds small but when travelling in a foreign country it is so nice to hear your own movies on the TV. The hotel is walking distance to everything. It is far from the parking lot but he arranged free transport to and from the lot so it was very easy. The breakfast was very good too!

The stairs up to the main door. However the owner was lovely to help me get my bag up the stairs and again up the few stairs to my room. Also you cannot see the sea from the room. My room had a balcony that faced a loud busy street. The hotel is not on the water.

We chose to spend part of our honeymoon here and we were very happy with the hotel room! The location of the hotel and the view over the beach was stunning. Emio is a fantastic manager of the location . He went above above and beyond to help get reservations, give advice and everything else. He is a very warm person that makes you feel welcome. I would rate this hotel and location 5 stars and would highly recommend for someone looking to travel to Poligiano!

Alles was perfect, het personeel was heel zorgzaam en behulpzaam. De locatie was helemaal top en de kamer zeer sfeervol en een bed met kraakhelder beddengoed met de vouw er nog in. Het ontbijt was niet duur en met zorg samengesteld met kleine ‘gerechtjes’ uit Puglia.

Emio and Guiseppe were so helpful and accommodating. This was our 2nd time here and it was just as good as the first. They had so many great recommendations for food/trips/ transfers. It is the little touches like remembering your coffee order every morning that made it extra special. The WhatsApp number was so useful to get information at any time also. The location is amazing, the rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, we couldn't have asked for better.

Emio and his staff, shout out to Giuseppe, as well, were amazing. They were very helpful in providing transportation, recommendations, and reservations throughout Puglia. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious with an amazing terrace. Breakfast was delicious and so was the espresso! I traveled with my mom, and we had a blast in the area of Puglia because of Emio and his team. I plan to return with my husband in the future!

Nous avons tout aimé! Le personnel est hyper serviable . Il nous a même monté les valises dans notre chambre. La chambre était superbe avec 2 terrasses. L'établissement est dans l'hyper centre de Polignano; ce qui est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment fait maison et très varié. Le gérant nous a même organisé une sortie en mer sans que nous ne nous occupions de rien!

The rooms are accessed directly from the street, so it doesn’t feel like a typical B&B, but this gives it a unique charm of its own. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. The service was outstanding—from contacting us via WhatsApp before arrival and providing all necessary details about parking, etc., to warmly welcoming us on arrival and being attentive throughout the stay. It felt like staying with friends who genuinely care about their guests. Honestly, it was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. I wish you all the best with your business, and I would not hesitate to choose the same accommodation again ☺️

The wonderful service started well in advance of our arrival, with detailed answers to our questions, in preparation for our visit. Emio and his team at the hotel do a fabulous job and bend over backwards to do anything and everything they can for their guests. They helped us with many recommendations for dinners, and even arranged a wonderful day for us to spent at a beach Lido. It was AMAZING! We opted for the included breakfast, which included an array of fresh baked and freshly prepared, delicacies, in addition to yogurts, fresh fruits, and of course, the most delicious coffee and juices. We took advantage of arranging parking at the hotel, which was very convenient. The location of the property is ideal, as it is right in the center of town. Despite being centrally located, the rooms remain nice and quiet. The air conditioning works well and the windows provide very nice breezes. We were in the apartment and had multiple balconies and a large rooftop terrace with sun, shade and ocean views. We hope to be fortunate enough to return to Polignano A Mare someday and if we do, we will definitely stay here again. Emio, thank you for everything and we hope to be back to see you again!!
