Lovely hotel in a good location for local amenities, friendly staff and clean

Nice large room with a view, food good

Very short staffed just 2 poor girls running everywhere to accommodate a full restaurant and bar where is the manager to organise staff?

The staff did their best The person on reception was very nice Check in was easy Easy walk to the centre through the gardens

Had to wait over 20minutes for a member of staff came to serve us at the bar due to shortage of staff Bathrooms needs to be updated View out of bedroom looked at a car that could not have been any closer to the window

Nice location, garden, pool and breakfast.

Room was noisy, right on the road.

Evening food was nice ,staff pleasant

Not very clean ,garden area is appalling not looked after at all .my husband is a landscaper he thought the garden needs alot of TLC .inside hotel not clean dirty carpets .bar not stocked well no bacardi no guiness on tap .staff not very knowledgeable either need alot of training .need more staff on at night

evening meal poor ,bar ran out of drinks to easily ,terrace seating area garden needed freshening up
