Bay View Villas

地理位置不错，到萨拉曼卡市场很近。特别一点是：推开门，有院子，每天傍晚后，都有十多只小袋鼠会光临，非常惊喜和特别的体验

公寓是上下二层，整体面积很小，厨房非常小，客厅和餐厅一起，餐桌紧挨着楼梯，很局促。楼上卧室也很小。

Staff person was extremely helpful with directions and incidentals. Offered us a room with the best view of the harbor - much appreciated. Liked the easy and direct access from the garage with our luggage.

Smokers from one of the units below us, smoked on their balcony and it carried up to our balcony. Air conditioner unit on the balcony was noisy when sitting on the balcony. Overall Lighting tone in living room and kitchen areas unattractive.

Better than expected, location was great, apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the view was fantastic!

Good property a bit small for us

Not a whole lot of room

We had a ground floor apartment, with a pleasant rear courtyard / garden outlook. Walking from the front of the property, we could see the upper appartments and the fantastic bay views they enjoyed. The property is in a lovely, if steep suburb. The walk into the city is downhill past gorgeous domestic architecture and gardens, lots to admire. The inexpensive taxi ride home at the end of our evening was easy, just fine 😊🌻

Our unit was clean and well presented but there was a strong deodoriser smell throughout when we arrived.
