La terrazza era chiusa, la sala colazione era allestita nel sotterraneo per un problema che non c’era stato comunicato prima , una stanza era molto piccola , poi c’è stata cambiata

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Mitte der Altstadt. Zimmer sehr schoen und total sauber.

Fruehstueck ist in kleinem Raum und nicht sehr reichhaltig.

I had problems breathing , I had two very uncomfortable nights and could not rest in the afternoon in the room. The breakfast was so basic and did not include eggs !

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Chiado/Bairro Alto area, with brilliant restaurants, wine bars, local pubs and sightseeing all within easy walking distance, yet still quiet enough at night to rest properly. A special mention has to go to the wonderful gesture of champagne in our room to celebrate my wife Pauline’s 40th birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay feel personal and special.

Водою затопило номер, вона пішла аж до самого коридору, відповідно не дуже приємна ситуація.

Great room and the perfect location.

Nothing - it was more than what we expected.

Good location, clean.

No desk space available. Breakfasts was terrible but they had just had a fire. There was a burning smell throughout the whole hotel. Not value for money in my opinion.

Great central location, Evening of arrival reception staff was good. Bedroom was clean and comfortable bed.

we purchased breakfast for one morning but were not informed that it would be continental only. This is something that should have been clearly communicated at the point of purchase. Even at a discounted rate, I would not have chosen this option had I known. Secondly, the breakfast room had a strong smell of smoke, which made the experience very unpleasant and off-putting. In addition, our room was situated next to a neighbouring property undergoing refurbishment works, which resulted in significant noise disruption early one morning Room walls were tired in need of paint job
