Naxos Island Hotel

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

This is a good hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly but the facilities are not five star and the rooms are tired.

The location, the rooftop pool and views.

The water is was full of chemicals it seems and was so harsh. When we took a shower it left our skin so itchy and dry. Also the bed was like a rock could not get any good sleep during our stay.

Great location. The staff was always present and very helpful with recommendations. I loved intricate rooftop with pool and bar.

The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Also, the gym was very small with few options, and you had to reserve to use it over an hour ahead of time. We ended up going to a gym across the street instead.

Fantastic Hotel! From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by the hotel staff. The front desk staff were approachable and very friendly; eager to help us where they could and gave good local recommendations. The rooms were great; beds were adjustable, air conditioning worked well; and bathroom was pristine. Restaurant food was superb, they even had a telescope on the roof that you could see Saturn through. Pool was the right temperature and very clean. Beach was within walking distance and they supply you with the towels! Best part of wrapping up a day on Naxos was seeing the sunset from their rooftop patio! Stefano the host was fantastic! Very personable and friendly. The two front desk staff we interacted with were also fantastic, the girl working says and the guy working the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel, next time we come to Naxos we will for sure be saying here.

Location was the key! Across the road was a famous restaurant and the beach was 50 metres walk. The breakfast layout was t anything to boast about but the manager would approach me every day and tell me that they are happy to make anything I wanted even if it wasn’t on display. The view from the breakfast area was awesome and on the rooftop pool area

Better? I guess if they moved the hotel to be across from the beach would be better. I couldn’t fault this place and would recommend it .

Nothing to not like, it was just perfect

While planning the trip, we were told that Naxos was a must-see island and that Agios Prokopios Beach was the best beach on the island. This hotel was a great choice as it was right near the beach, many of the restaurants and anything else you could want (car/motorcycle/atv rentals). Room was quiet and spacious and the AC was cold. The housekeeping staff kept it super clean. Shower was good enough with the pressure. Really impressed with the front desk managers (Antonia and Panagiotis) as the arranged everything from taxi service to laundry to restaurant recommendations. Both were Super pleasant! Complementary breakfast was awesome! Didn’t get the (tall) gentleman’s name who was our waiter, but he worked tirelessly to make it perfect. Naxos is a great choice and this is a great hotel. Definitely recommend it.

Pros: good location, all areas kept clean with caveat below, friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant and pool setting nice. Cons: dated with mouldy cornices, corroded bathroom fittings. Gym not usable - rusted equipment, dirty and clearly not in service.
