Very friendly staff… We arrived early morning & the very friendly, helpful person managed to check up us in, find a room that was ready immediately. Our bed was made every day & room cleaned nicely. Thank you

Outside (front) area is closed after breakfast, would be nice to still be able to site with a coffee/drink.

We got a free upgrade, quite a nice room. Reception staff was nice and professional.

Location and the whole city is pretty weak - focused on a specific group of tourists and pretty chaotic - loud area, not very much to offer in regards of quality. Breakfast is very mid, spa area we rather didn't look, the gym area would probably be better if they didn't have it. Depends what you prefer, we as a couple don't prefer it
