El personal y la habitacion que nos facilitaron

El Spa, creo que tendrian que quitarlo de la descripcion, 1 mini piscina climatizada con 2 chorros y una sauna desconectada por ser fin dw temporada.... no se parece mucho al.concepto que de spa En la cena, la fruta cortada llevaba tiempo o no se habia refrigerado como corresponde y estaba agria

"Good but cleanliness was poor."

The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the food was varied and good. We need to mention chef Maria, she was fabulous, always smiling and friendly. We would also like to mention Romina and Fermin, they are all a credit to the hotel. Excellent service and very friendly.

We went for a relaxing break, we used the spa and gym daily. The spa area was dirty. There were ants and rubbish on the floor around the indoor pool in the same place for the whole week, it had obviously not been cleaned. The same with the gym, dead flies on the floor the whole week, the bosu was deflated. The dirt when wiping the machines down after use was not created by just me running on the treadmill. There were no towels out to use in the gym, even though there was a space for them, and the water station was empty every day. The hotel was closing for the winter 2 weeks after we left. This however is not a reason to stop cleaning and start winding down for the winter break. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel.

El personal encantador, el buffet para ser temporada baja estaba bastante bien.

La habitación está mal insonorizada, por la noche escuchábamos al huésped de al lado roncar y nos costó dormir, también cuando se duchaban o estaban en el pasillo.
