Perfect location, clean and comfortable room.

It's one of those impersonal accommodations where you don't see anyone and get a code by email to enter the building instead of hospitable local host welcoming you. There was strange artificial smell in the room and corridor. We forgot that although it's called bed&breakfast, breakfast is not automatically included.

Ok location, everything is walkable from here and the check in process was good.

Check in isn’t until 5pm which I think is late compared to all of the other places we have stopped, 3pm maybe 4pm would be better since you have to carry your bags everywhere until 5pm, check out is also 10am

It was closed to the centre, but not that close to the closest parking lot. We had to carry luggages for a long way on a somewhat steep slope. Also it is on the second floor with no elevator.

Everything is done electronically. We didn’t meet the landlord or any staff at all. In the bathroom there were two used shower towels of the previous guest. You have to checkout at 10.00, and you cannot leave the luggage there, but you have to bring it to another place (c.f. no elevator ). On Booking is advertised as parking available. However actually it is in a ztl area and you have to park faraway in public parking. In particular, since free parking was very difficult, we had to park in a paying parking lot, paying 35€ for the night. Finally, the place itself is nice, but rather ordinary. We think that if you are coming with a backpack by train, the place is rather fine, but if you are coming by car with trolleys it is rather inconvenient.

Si trova in una posizione molto comoda e centrale, la stanza era pulitissima

Dalla camera da letto si sentiva fin troppo bene il meccanismo di apertura del portone e della porta di entrata alla struttura, per non parlare di quando gli altri ospiti la lasciavano sbattere, molto irritante da svegli e disturbante quando si prova a dormire. Abbiamo soggiornato lì a fine febbraio e i termosifoni erano spenti, sono stati accesi all’una di notte, perciò la stanza risultava piuttosto fredda e non presentava né un piumino né una coperta aggiuntiva per il letto. C’era la possibilità di utilizzare la pompa di calore ma logicamente non scaldava adeguatamente e non scaldava tutti gli ambienti, il bagno rimaneva freddissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso.

Location excellent, very comfortable apartment. Good bathroom and kitchen. Most attractions a short walk away.
