I Terzi Di Siena - Rooms Only

The view from the room and also the common room was exceptional especially in the sunsets. There couldn’t be better accommodation with this view. The room decor was pretty and I had no problem with the facilities. There seemed to be almost everything you need like fridge and kitchen accessories in the common room with a nice terrace to have coffee with the view.

Not in particular but I will share my experience. Although it is written everywhere, you must be able to climb up 5-6 floors of stairs. Not a fun part but it is definitely worthy to have the great scenery of the town. Also it should be strongly noted that after 19:30 you are totally not capable of checking in because the receptionist goes home. I texted the admin of the booking chat (which I found out later that is the owner) beforehand that I will be few minutes late for the check in but they were not nice enough to wait a moment and suggested me to take a taxi from the station as if I hadn’t had that in my mind (it’s not easy to get taxi there). The guy in at the reception was super good and waited for my 2 minutes late arrival. So please keep in mind that you cannot be late for the check in.

Amazing views, beautiful balcony to sit on. Lovely shared kitchen. Rooms were clean and great bathroom. Easy to check in and staff were very friendly. Great location to explore the old town.

Assurdo che la struttura si trova al 5° piano e la mia camera al 7° il tutto SENZA ASCENSORE e sulla descrizione non c'è scritto chiaramente che sono senza ascensore

We love this hotel! We've stayed here twice now for an annual event in Siena and the location is fabulous. The view from the terrace is amazing. The kitchen is very convenient.

AC worked well in the rooms but on the top floor it gets very hot and the bathroom is not well-ventilated. The beds are not very comfortable (very firm mattresses) but fine for a shorter stay! The cleaning staff came and tidied the room and made the beds but never cleaned the bathroom (we were there 6 nights).

Parkování. Ubytovací zařízení nemá parkovácí místo ani jedno ačkoliv avizuje že ano. Nábídnuto je vám parkování na dvou neplacených a tudíž nehlídaných parkovištích ( což předem nevíte ) cca 15 min od ubytování. Zajet si autem před vchod sice můžete ale musíte zdělit "někomu" vaší SPZ aby vás ohlásil policii a mohli jste do centra zajet. Což se také dozvíte až po příjezdu, když tam projíždíte autem krz centrum pěšími zónamy za tázavých pohledů ostatních turistů. A pokud nevíte kudy, je to celkem dobrodružsví.
