Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that reservations of more than one bed can be accommodated in the same shared bedroom. Please note that the policy which states that children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free when using an existing bed is only applicable for the private rooms. Children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodate in the dormitories. Please note, guests can cancel free of charge if canceled two days, discounting administrative fees (2.5% of total + BRL 12). Please note that the property does not accept debit cards. When book 5 or more rooms, different conditions may apply.
