Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, co jest jego dużym atutem. Pokój wprawdzie czysty, ale niestety mały, ciasny i dość chłodny, co obniża komfort pobytu. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem jest fakt, że winda nie dojeżdża do ostatniego piętra. Śniadania są smaczne, jednak serwowana kawa z ekspresu przelewowego to w dzisiejszych czasach zdecydowanie za mało.

Łóżko miękkie. Zwykłe sprężyny (chyba). Głośno. Z jednej strony jeżdżą tramwaje. Z drugiej jeździ winda (jakby się budynek miał rozsypać).
