Clean room and a nice living and kitchen area

The host wasn’t really responsive to messages on booking.com message dashboard and to direct calls as well, I asked where the AC remote is and got message after two days, this made a very uncomfortable sleep

The location was amazing very close to Ipanema, Copacabana, metro and supermarket. You can do laundry in the apartment and the view is also nice. Shower is nice with hot water. Wifi was good.

The apartment could use some renovation. The common areas incl. leaving room and kitchen were not very clean. In the room we also found some trash from previous guests. AC was very loud. Be careful with check in time as its very difficult to get into the apartment once its past 5 pm. For the price we paid we would expect much more (but it was Carnaval time)

Empty house it has just 3 rooms that was just me there. I selected hostel to socialize with other traveller's, but the only guy I met there was the owner at arrival for 10 minutes, after that I was alone totally. It's a flat inside a residential building Not comfortable beds and dirty beds

Devem se preocupar mais com as condições de limpeza do quarto e banheiro. O banheiro estava com o piso sujo de poeira cinza, como se fosse fuligem ou cimento. O quarto idem, pois meu amigo ficou andando descalço após o banho e o pé ficou imundo! Na cama encontramos tufos de cabelos... Deviam se preocupar mais com a limpeza, definitivamente.

Trata-se de um apartamento amplo em Copacabana. É concebido pra fazer se sentir em casa, o que de fato acontece. Não espere mimos de hotel como uma belíssima mesa posta para o café da manhã. A geladeira é abastecida diariamente pelo dono do lugar e você tem toda liberdade e ingredientes para fazer seu café. Possui excelente área de serviço para lavar suas roupas, não tem camareira, portanto mantenha o ambiente limpo. O custo beneficio é excelente , tarifa muito boa mesmo, vc recebe as chaves do AP, o que lhe dar total liberdade de ir e vir sem falar com ninguém a qualquer hora do dia e da noite. Ficamos hospedados com uma simpática família argentina. Privacidade garantida no quarto de casal. excelente TV com boa grade de canais.
