According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Please note that some bookings may require pre authorization of the credit card at the time of booking. Breakfast served in the restaurant is courtesy of the hotel, room service breakfast is at cost of R$ 35.00 The hotel restaurant has opening hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:15 Room Service (room service) is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 70 + 3% VAT per day, per pet. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.
