The parking cost is high in the area at summer season 🥺

The friendly staff was very welcoming, as well as the overall location. Being so close to such a pleasant and well-maintained small community near shore, with such beautiful views to Split and such closeness to the beach and promenade was just extremely enjoyable.

There is little I could say badly about the accommodation. If I would need to pick something, maybe the bed was not as comfortable as we would like it to be and the TV was not working properly. But these are very minor things, considering we were there to simply rest and enjoy the local area.

I liked that this property was an old stone building from a bygone era and that I could see a little harbour from my room. It was very comfy and the location is close enough to good restaurants and nearby beaches. The host was very friendly and the communication was great. I didn't have to worry about leaving my luggage at the property for one last walk & swim at the beach. Excellent communication, gracious & patient host - I absolutely adored it and will definitely go back.

Spędziłam w tym hotelu trzy dni i jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Obiekt znajduje się w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie w świetnej lokalizacji, co było dla mnie dużym atutem. Pokój był niewielki, ale w pełni wystarczający – bardzo ładny, czysty, zadbany i schludny. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje organizacja całego obiektu. Wszystko było dobrze przemyślane i sprawnie funkcjonowało, dzięki czemu pobyt przebiegał bezproblemowo. Choć nie miałam okazji spotkać się z obsługą osobiście, kontakt był wzorowy – na wszystkie wiadomości otrzymywałam szybkie odpowiedzi, a dodatkowo pomogli mi w organizacji transportu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel osobom szukającym komfortowego miejsca na pobyt w spokojnej okolicy.

Everything. Great and quick response from Taja, the host. Room was pristine, all worked as intended. Location: In my case, I was looking for a place close to the airport, and the hotel and Kostela area delivered. It is actually a nice community and atmosphere, with lots of local places to eat, or have coffee/drinks. In the same building there is a restaurant that is nice and the food is great. Parking: you either find an available paid Parking spot in the street, or you try your luck with some free spots right before the front of the location. Check-in:if Taja is around, it is a breeze. Check out:just leave keys and go.

Maybe the stairs to the 4th floor. For us was not a big deal and I was not aware when I booked it although that likely would had not changed my choice. Just be aware in case there are conditions that might make this hard. (Phisical issues, age, heavy luggage). The trade off: a nice view to the sea.
