the staff is helpful and nice

1. the location is bad. 30mins walk to Patong beach. they don’t have shuttle bus to Patong beach any more like they described 2. the bed is piled by several mattresses, it’s not a real bed. it’s not comfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed which means sleeping in two single mattress. the bedsheet is broken. the bed is not comfortable to sleep. 3. the cleaning is not good overall. stinks are in bathtub/desk everywhere. no hair dryer provided. 4. the breakfast is poor, lack of choice. total waste of money. 5. they said they provide laundry service which is so wrong. you have to pay it to the nearby shop.

Hotel is good and value for money. All of staffs are so nice and good hospotlaity. Pool is big and clean. Room are so big and clean with good price. I booked 1 night and like here then we stay more 10 nights. Breakfast is delicious and variety choice with this rate. It is quiet place. There are car parking. Recommend this hotel who want to relax place with good price.
