Badkamer was vies en liepen kakkerlakken

Posto accogliente, pulito e in una buona posizione. Colazione varia e con ampia scelta, sia di dolce che di salato , con piatti tipici. Staff gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. Il nostro driver è stato favoloso..grazie Heri ❤️

Breakfast was local food which was good, but happy to make me toast and eggs in any way. The staff were excellent everywhere, the room clean and sufficient with an excellent balcony. A very nice stay.

Could have done with more towels and fresher ones - they'rea bit jaded, 4 pillows, not 2, but not a reason to complain. I could have asked for them I'm sure.

Mooi hotel, prachtige binnentuin, royal ontvangst. Goed ontbijt (uitgebreid). Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze hebben met ons meegedacht. Er was een groot scherm om voetbal te kijken. Massage in het hotel.

De kamers waren niet schoon. Vloer vies, beddengoed wel gewassen maar met vlekken. Op de muur rare vieze vlekken. De luchtkwaliteit was niet goed. We hadden twee kamers. Een van de kamers was erg vochtig en bedompt. Deze zorgde gelijk voor het vollopen van neus en veel hoesten. De andere kamer had een betere luchtkwaliteit.

De uitstraling van de algemene ruimten was goed. Zo ook de ligging ten opzichte van het oude centrum. Het personeel is van goede wil, maar nog erg jong en onervaren.

Bij aankomst waren de lakens vuil, haren en vegen op de onderlakens. Dit werd meteen opgelost maar dit is grwoon vies. We wilde op de avond voor het vertrek een speciale taxi reserveren en daar had de avond klerk duidelijk geen zin in! Niets kon, alles was onmogelijk, zijn advies was om 2 Grab taxi's te bestellen. Terwijl hij met ons in gesprek was begon hij tegen een andere gast re praten, dit was zo onfatsoenlijk. Hij toonde totaal geen respect!

The room looks pretty and the bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep.

This place had amazing old world charm. The central garden make you feel as though you are not in a city at all. They even had a sweet little bird filling the area with beautiful song (He could do with some enrichment toys in his cage though). The restaurant is very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast. Bonus mystery, there is a little door in the room that leads to a ladder and passages and my husband was fascinated by it. It does lock so I don' think you are in danger of nightime visitors but it did lead to interesting conversations about what it was for.

I didnt have any complaints.
