Staff friendly & hospitable.

Wifi was bad. Slow. Not working. Had to call for IT to assisist for first 2 days. IT Technician was patient & helpful. They need to upgradectheir wifi system. Too old.

Second time visiting here, the room is much bigger than before and located at the second floor. Clean and not too much noise from the outside As ussual the staf is very delightfull Meal is suitable with our Location of this hotel is at the famous cihampelas street and near ciwalk/pvj mall and fashion center I only have the foto of my last visit of the place but i will insert it again here

The staff are very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good- walking distance to Ciwalk, Indomaret and a lot of local food options around. We love nasgor cart just beside the hotel. The aircond is very cold too and the single bed size is very spacious. We asked for connecting room and we got it. The breaksfast has decent selection with the price you are paying. Service is excellent with the food being refilled before it runs out. Kudos to the hotel staff :)

The toilet has a musty smell, probably from the shower curtain, i think if its removed, it will fix the smell issue.
