Nothing screams 5 star ,bad location,rowdy neighbours

Das Resort war einfach super! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit – so einen tollen Service erlebt man wirklich selten. Mein Zimmer war sauber und hatte direkten Zugang zum Pool. Gereinigt wurde täglich bis 16:00 Uhr, und es gab jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser gratis. Besonders toll: Das Frühstück geht bis 11:00 Uhr, sodass man ohne Stress ausschlafen kann. Außerdem konnte man sich Getränke und Snacks ganz bequem direkt aufs Zimmer oder an den Pool bestellen.“

The staff was amazing! Always helpful and very polite. The room, especially the terrace/balcony of the room was right next to the pool so you can just get in from there. Close to the mall (5-10 min taxi).

if you want to go to the west coast like Kamala beach, the traffic is quite hectic, expect 40min-1hour by taxi and going back can be tricky, sometimes taxi drivers refuse or ask 2-3 times the usual price.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast has something for everyone, the restaurant food is very good.

It is a little out of the way, as long as you're happy getting a taxi this hotel is very good value

Personal war absolut top. Extrem freundlich und stets bemüht. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine mit Mahlwerck und heisse Milch. Nightmarket und Lotus Center nur 900 Meter entfernt.

Wasser im Pool hat viel zu viele Chemikalien drinnen. Wenn man ohne Taucherbrille tauchen will brennen die Augen. Kenne das aber leider von Thailand her.

The staff were helpful I can't say anything was nice, and it's amazing that it has the reviews it has In no way is this properly 4 or 5 star its more like a 3 star at best.

Wall lamp broken and hanging down one side. curtains of their hooks. The bed was really hard. The two main pillows were two big, and the smaller ones had rough blue covers on. The bathroom was much the same paint peeling on the mirror and the dish with the soap, etc tiles and glass needing updating and a deeper clean. Food Breakfast was extremely disappointing cold eggs and chicken sausages Stale croissants. A very poor selection for Western travellers Staff handling food without tongs Bits of food on the floor.
