Me pareció poca información al huésped . Por ejemplo que no te informen de que ingresan a tu departamento a limpiar , eso debería ser informado antes

La ubicación era perfecta para mi viaje y los lugares que quería visitar , todo estaba muy limpio , personal amable .

El colchón estaba un poco duro pedí si podían ponerle algo (foam) para dormir un poco más cómoda me dijeron que sí pero no lo hicieron.

The facilities are very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The apartment has everything a person needs for a peaceful and safe stay. Its location is excellent since it is close to three shopping malls. The malls I remember are Oviedo Mall and Santa Fe Mall, both of which are outstanding. I do not remember the name of the third mall, but it is a little smaller than the two mentioned above. The breakfast was delicious. They serve everything one could want for the first meal of the day. Our first recommendation would be to have extra ice available. We asked for ice, but there was none. The juice pitchers had ice, but some people like having a little extra ice in their drinks, especially when the morning feels warm. Another recommendation for the breakfast area, which we believe would be very convenient, is to add two large ceiling fans. Since the area is small, it tends to feel warm, especially in the morning when the sun shines directly into that space. Our recommendations for inside the apartment are the following: 1. Add air conditioning throughout the entire apartment, not only in the bedroom. 2. It would also be very convenient to include an ironing board.

We honestly did not dislike anything about the property. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and decoration to the location and comfort. The few suggestions mentioned are only minor recommendations to make the experience even better.
