Exceptional care by the staff and amazing breakfast options. Nearby areas could be explored on foot if needed so location was good.

The hotel is in a high traffic zone so congestion while entering and exiting the hotel is off putting.

Very nice location, in the heart of the city. Ambiance is cool,rooms are spacious and cosy but view is not appropriate.Staff is friendly looks after your all needs.Food quality in 24 hour resturant at ground floor is awesome.A calm cool,comfortable and cozy stay

Nice hotel, I felt it was more for business or short stay. The pool area, like the rest of the hotel could do with updating. Only 5 Sun beds, one of which was broken and all had ripped or dirty covers. Right the good stuff, nice clean rooms, powerful showers and comfortable beds. Staff were good and helpful. Good variety of breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful.

We asked for a late checkout (3 pm) as our flight was scheduled later in the evening. The staff at reception were not helpful.
