Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort

Loved the LOCATION. The breakfast fabulous. BUT we were family of 6. There's one high table of six in the dining room, not comfortable & one other table for 6 but only set up somedays otherwise its settings of 2 or 4. I had to keep asking to bring 2 more chairs in. They know how many days we are here. We loved staff & Cherry is exceptional. I must of got a standard villa I wasnt happy w it for the amount of money it cost, I complained and they FREE Upgraded me. I was So HAPPY, Thanks Cherry xx No light for make up or magnified mirror, no hot water one occasion. Kept kicking my feet on bed as no lip under the bed. Upgraded....HAPPY AS !! Boss lady sd no we cannot upgrade...something happened and they Did, really made my stay. Thankyou.

All the gardens need Mulch ! You can see all the black piping etc...in the garden. Mulch will improve the look 10 times better. We didnt complain as we had already paid. We hadnt paid our room bill however, so I was cheeky enough to ask for a discount. Refused of course because as told, we should of complained sooner. The refurbishing going on across the way from our room was noisy & annoying..we understand maintenance needs to be done but we should of got a discount or free upgrade ! My room was 605 & my family were beachfront... For a 9/10 exceptional rating i did expect better.

Second time staying with here. Breakfast is superb, staff are friendly and intuitive. We hired a scooter from them for part of the stay at a competitive price. Will stayhere again the next time we are back.

Samui Paradise has the lovely warmth of a traditional Thai property. The beach is simply beautiful! Breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The room seemed smaller than in the photos. Lack of privacy on the balcony. TV was basic with no streaming services. Location was a little too far from main Chaweng beach restaurants and bars, and felt isolated of an evening. The pool was much smaller than the photos. I paid over $AUD 300/night for 6 nights, which I thought was too expensive for what was offered, and surrounding properties offered rates much cheaper during the time of my stay

Tout était vraiment parfait : un des meilleurs hotels où nous avons pu séjourner : -Au calme et bien situé à Samui. -Le personnel est super, serviable, souriant -Le restaurant de l'hotel est l'un de ceux où nous avions le mieux mangé à Samui (et le petit déjeuner aussi!) -La piscine est agréable Si vous hésitez à réserver, n'hésitez plus vous ne le regreterez pas!

It’s nice and quiet with a great clean sandy beach, water shallow and calm at this time of the year. Breakfast buffet great, room quiet and cool, bed a little hard but room very comfortable and the pool was smaller but very still great. Last resort on Chaweng beach with great staff

Front Desk Mitarbeitende etwas unterkühlt, professionell, aber nicht meega freundlich. Restlicher Staff war super.
