Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort

We like the location. Not busy and easy to access Chaweng and other beaches. The staff is friendly. We really love the villa surrounding by the nature. I love the bird chirping in the early morning and small animals (squirrels & birds) visiting... ❤️

Mosquito... But I understand that nature always come in a package. But easy to settle this small issue. Overall, we love the nature and beach!

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand und ganz wundervolle kleine Bungalows. Es waren nur 10 Meter vom Bett zum Strand

Tesisin genel olarak temizliği, yeşilliklerin içinde olması ve sahil kısmı çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi. Odalar çok konforluydu. Havuz kısmı çok huzurluydu. Peyzaj alanı çok bakımlı ve güzeldi. Ambiyansı çok beğendik. Temizlik gayet yeterliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Hizmet genel olarak güzeldi. Sadece belirtmek isterim ki giderken odadaki plaj terliklerini tek kullanımlık olduğunu düşünerek hatıra olması için almıştık(plastik terlikleri başka ne yapabiliriz?) valizlerimizi açmamız ve teslim etmemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Checkout sırasında valizleri açmak zorunda kaldık. Açıkçası yüksek ücret ödediğimiz otelde bu tutum bizi şaşırttı.

Loved the LOCATION. The breakfast fabulous. BUT we were family of 6. There's one high table of six in the dining room, not comfortable & one other table for 6 but only set up somedays otherwise its settings of 2 or 4. I had to keep asking to bring 2 more chairs in. They know how many days we are here. We loved staff & Cherry is exceptional. I must of got a standard villa I wasnt happy w it for the amount of money it cost, I complained and they FREE Upgraded me. I was So HAPPY, Thanks Cherry xx No light for make up or magnified mirror, no hot water one occasion. Kept kicking my feet on bed as no lip under the bed. Upgraded....HAPPY AS !! Boss lady sd no we cannot upgrade...something happened and they Did, really made my stay. Thankyou.

All the gardens need Mulch ! You can see all the black piping etc...in the garden. Mulch will improve the look 10 times better. We didnt complain as we had already paid. We hadnt paid our room bill however, so I was cheeky enough to ask for a discount. Refused of course because as told, we should of complained sooner. The refurbishing going on across the way from our room was noisy & annoying..we understand maintenance needs to be done but we should of got a discount or free upgrade ! My room was 605 & my family were beachfront... For a 9/10 exceptional rating i did expect better.
