Waldorf Astoria Panama

I had a wonderful time and experience at the Waldorf Astoria Panama. Everyone here is so amazing. The customer service is 10 out of 10. William was very attentive and he took the time to get to know me and my family. It’s the little things that count. Knowing that you like a latte vs coffee. I didn’t feel like a number here I felt like a valued and welcomed guest in someone’s home.

I came to celebrate my birthday in Panama and knew Waldorf Astoria was where I wanted to stay. Willam took great care of us during breakfast. Lille, Oliver, Jairo, Diane and entire front of the house team were so friendly and helpful! Thanks again for making my birthday so special!

We had a great time at the Waldorf Astoria. The pool was wonderful. The service was amazing. William Smith went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. The doorman (Wilfred) was amazing. He was very patient with us and gave us great recommendations.

William was a great addition to the dining. Very attentive and personable. He does an excellent job.

Overall everything was great. William was amazing during all dining experiences. I remember him from our last visit May 2024. Great guy! Room service was also top tier.

The ambiance is good. The drinks are great. I love this hotel. It is very central and walkable to many places. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are very welcoming and kind. Dailin was very sweet. This is my second stay here and I’ll definitely be back.

I recently stayed one night at the Waldorf Astoria Panama after an unexpected night in Panama City. I chose the Waldorf Astoria because I was looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay a comfortable night’s sleep and a long soak in the bathtub...it absolutely delivered. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming. The lobby areas were clean and inviting. Later in the evening, I visited Peacock Alley, where the staff were attentive and quick to assist. My room was spacious, quiet, and exactly what I needed after a long day of flying and before an early morning departure. After dinner at a local restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, I returned to enjoy a relaxing bath, followed by some time unwinding in the plush bathrobe and slippers provided in the room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and exactly the experience I was hoping for. I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Panama to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, and I would happily return in the future.

William smith was very helpful, one of the best at the hotel

William, Every year we come to the world office Astoria hotel for three people, Jose Lilith, and most importantly William. William help me with my Spanish. He listens to my silly jokes, but most importantly he listens and that is the most important thing. Am I in line of work and profession I don’t get to smile too much so to come here and visit with William. It’s a blessing. It’s actually like breath of fresh air.
