The location was an easy 10 minute stroll into York, 5 minutes to the Barbican. Steve was super accommodating and helpful. We had parking for a car right outside, the room was quiet and we had everything we needed. There were loads of mirrors, the room size was huge and the shower massive

The sign outside needs the plants around it trimming a Nd maybe a light, as it was easily missed when trying to find it.

"Solid place for short weekend"

It suited our needs for a short stay in York for the Marathon.

Duvet wasn’t big enough for two people and the fitted sheet was ripped. Shower needs a deep clean.

A lovely comfortable decorated room. Perfect location for visiting the city and the university. Very quiet at night which was great for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again. The hospitality by everyone in York is excellent.
