Good, central location. Room was very clean , spacious and comfortable and staff friendly. Evening meals were enjoyable and excellent value for money. We were expecting the room to be noisy as over the front of a busy pub but not as much as expected

Parking not available at the property, so need to plan in advance where is closest. We found a public car park free after 6pm but then needed to go back in the morning to put money on to cover till after breakfast. Small drawback for us was that breakfast wasn’t served until 9am , but this was probably on property details when I booked and hadn’t noticed

"BURNHAM Victoria"

Ideal location, staff excellent, clean and tidy.

Would probably be a lot noisier on Friday and Saturday after 11.00pm. We experienced some late night noise but nothing I wasn't expecting as we were sleeping above a pub.
