"Very Good"

Location, great pub, good event on when I was there

Bed was partially broken. Too late to report once I realised and as it was just me I slept on the side that was not broken. Reported to hotel following my 1 night stay.

"A night away to see friends x"

It was a lovely big bedroom with en-suite - coffee, biscuits, towels in room - clean, bed comfy, downstairs bar area was nice and friendly and had a choice of different drinks and food x

"I’ve stayed here many times over the years. The rooms have deteriorated, letting the staff down. Needs investment."

Location and staff.

Room was tatty, in need of refurbishment. Cups weren’t clean. Room set up (twin) looked and felt wrong, with headboards in front of radiators and a lack of useable sockets.

"Run down hotel, avoid if possible"

Location is central to Burnham on Sea. Handy on carnival night.

Room was run down. Light fitting only had one out of three bulbs present. TV worked but had no signal, steaming services didn't work due to poor WiFi. Mattress was poor and could feel the metal springs. Room smelt as if someone had been smoking in it. Door lock didn't feel secure.
