"EKA hotel disappointment"

The lawns and the jogging track

The room and the cupboards were too small for a long stay. Secondly it was noisy outside specially early morning the housekeeping staff was noisy and we were given a room near the store for housekeeping.

I stayed here for a Night January 16th 2026. This is an Excellent 4 Star Luxury hotel offering 5 star world class service. The General Manager Mr Kanyi is wonderful and so are the staff. They're all amazing, incredible service standards and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to Anyone visiting Kenya to stay here.

"A Great Place To Chill Out!"

Wonderful cheerful friendly staff, particularly Elvis and Daniel. Great food, spacious, clean bedrooms, a lovely tranquil garden and pool. I have no difficulty in recommending the Eka Hotel in Nairobi.

"Good place. You can bring the place to the same level as Eka Eldoret."

Cleanliness and stillness.

The waiters during breakfast time were busy talking in loud voices that disrupted guests having conversations. They were also not swift in clearing the tables. Improvement is needed

"A good place to stay for a couple of days."

Clean and tidy and close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast didn’t have so much variety - especially the choice was limited for African food.
