"Great stay at Eka Hotel"

I had a very pleasant stay at the Eka Hotel. The transport shuttle service was reliable and well organised, making getting around easy and stress‑free. Plus, the hotel's closer to the airport, so you won't have to worry about missing your flight. Breakfast was a real highlight. I enjoyed fresh, tasty food with a great variety to choose from. I would happily stay here again.

"Overnight enroute to Zanzibar"

Due to the onset of early “long rains” we missed our flight and overnighted at the Eka Hotel, which was an oasis of hospitality and comfort!! The restaurant is open 24 hours, and we had great service from Stephen, and tasty food & wine. The staff was friendly and thoughtful, the rooms extremely comfortable with lovely amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Check in and out was seamless. Would recommend staying here before or after a long flight!!

"Close-ish place to stay to the airport. Clean. Straightforward."

Easy to book and check in/out. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinners and appreciated that I could simply add things to my room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Water was hot.

1. I had a late flight and asked for the rate of a day room. One front desk receptionist told me it was $140 for a day room, and another person told me it was $140 per night. Maybe it's just a mixup of language, but it felt a little misleading. 2. There was construction happening, and I could hear hammering all afternoon.
