Property Notes

Access to the spa comes at an additional fee of EUR 13 per person per day. Use of the wellness center (sauna, hammam, whirlpool, fitness) is only allowed for guests aged 16 and over. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 25 per night. Please note that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or restaurant areas. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The little ones also have the right to go to the swimming pool! Because the kids between 0 months to 15 years old have specific needs, we reserve specific slots for giving the whole family a great time in our Spa area. From 7:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00 A deposit may be required at the property.

Luxe kamer met groot balkon en mooi uitzicht , het ontbijt was ook wel goed.

De hygiene was erg laag , overal in de kamer lag stof er wordt duidelijk niet goed schoon gemaakt, zithoek was ingezakt en simpel houtje eronder , onderhoud en schoonmaak wordt daar weinig gedaan.

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, bis auf Frühstücksbuffet"

Großes, renovierte und helle Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf das Tal, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich mit Blick in den Wald, ausreichend Parkplätze (inkl. Ladestation), sehr gutes Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant.

Frühstück war im Gegensatz zum Abendessen enttäuschend, eher so Standard. Keine Hafer- oder Sojamilch am Buffet.

Ruime kamers Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

S'nachts een regelmatig getik in de kamer. Leidingen? De stopcontacten waren eigenaardig te bedienen. Blijkbaar was er 1 schakelaar naast het bed die er voor zorgde dat alle stopcontacten en waterkoker aanstonden of niet. Duurde even voor we dat doorhadden. Er was een buffet ipv a la carte menu in het restaurant welke Belachelijk duur was. 58 euro per persoon en het was zelfs niet zo uitgebreid.
