"Not happy freezing cold no heating rock hard bed and rude staff."

It was close to where I needed to be

The heating and AC was broken there was no breakfast when we're supposed to get free Breakfast the front desk said the chef was on vacation? our bed was basically a rock and the staff got onto me for paying early online.
