SpringHill Suites by Marriott Enid

Very spacious room, comfy and clean!

I really wanted to like the hotel more than I did. I liked the design and layout. I enjoyed the games they had in the lobby and the bar with the pool table. The outdoor patio and grill were nice.The room was comfortable overall. I appreciated the spaciousness. However, for the price of the hotel room, more than the price of most in the area, Marriott should have offered better maintenance and services. I had to dust off the bathroom fixtures so I could hang up my towels. I also cleaned up a decent amount of mold, badly covered with a thin layer of caulk, from the shower. The badly spackled crack between the bathroom wall and the ceiling was not too disconcerting, but it was another example of the seemingly cavalier manner in which repairs and general maintenance were regarded by hotel staff. I appreciated being offered complimentary mouthwash, makeup removal wipes, and conditioner. It would have been nice to have had shampoo to go with the conditioner, though. The pool was a comfortable temperature, and I liked the ramp entrance. However, both the rust and the mildew lining areas of the pool were off-putting. The gym had little equipment, too, and it was not particularly clean. The breakfast left much to be desired. And I found it disturbing that the sandwiches put out at 6:00 a.m. were still sitting out at 6:00 p.m. The day clerk working 5/19 and 5/20 was friendly. The female clerk working the morning of 5/21 had the personality and professionalism of a doorknob.

The only issues I had was my shower for felt slimy, the toilet seat pinched me every time I got up off it, the room smelled musky, the bed was very comfortable! And there's a bar downstairs that was open! And they had breakfast. Overall my stay was good.

Arrived for late check in exhausted from long trip. No HVAC controls for the room. Called front desk, added batteries NO LUCK 1AM still no control. Not so goodnight sleep. Checks and Measures need to be in place!

Nice rooms and lobby. Friendly front desk service. Bathroom toilet squeeked unless we turned the water off. Terrible tv placement in king suite. Did love that the toilet was separate from shower. Swimming pool had extremely rusted, loose, and rotted out railing. It was gross with hair balls and towels thrown in the bottom. Breakfast was not as great as other hotels even with Covid. No juice machine, no prepackaged food, no real breakfast at all they only had cereal and instant oatmeal. For the price I would stay elsewhere next time.

Room was comfortable and spacious but water from shower exited down shower door on to bathroom floor. Coffee was cool in machines located in breakfast area. Nice little bar and though location was not in center of town, it was easy to get around.

Loved the swimming area and the room it was the perfect size for 6 people

We travelled to Enid so that my son could be well rested for his state championship tournament. I was not aware that a bar would be directly beneath us playing loud music/thumping bass well past 1:45 am. My husband called the front desk at least 2 time and was told they would turn it down but nothing changed. No apology, nothing from staff. At the very least we should have been made aware at check in. Others in our party were in the outer areas of the hotel and didn’t hear a thing. Hotel was clean and nice. Layout of the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was decent for covid restricted. Door to the room was hard to open/close, needs maintenance. Staff was indifferent and dismissive. I would only stay here again if I could be assured I wasn’t over the bar. Speaking of the bar, I am unsure if the Covid restrictions were being followed, I thought they were restricted to earlier closings? Not many masked either but that is personal choice IMO

The bed was super comfortable and the service was amazing!

Heater in my room did not work. Adjusted to all the way to 85 degrees. No change.
