The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The shower was absolutely wonderful, with great water pressure and plenty of space, making it a relaxing part of each day. The room was very comfortable.

The rooms were very nice and spacious; decor was nice ; hotel staff were very helpful when it came to certain request we needed!

Although I booked an accessible/mobility room; there was no shower chair inside room, when I called down to the lobby it took them an hour to locate a shower chair for my friend who is partially disabled and uses a wheelchair. I was given complimentary late check out for the wait.

- le Check in a 16h00 est bcp trop tard - les télés sont trop anciennes et pas connectés, c’est dommage - shampoing et gel douche pas suffisants : uniquement 1 petite échantillon de shampoing et de gel douche - très compliqué de communiquer avec l’hôtel via booking avant l’arrivé par message, ils m’ont répondus dans la minute uniquement pour refuser le check in anticipé …

The location and the size of the room was very good.

The doors are not remotely soundproof. My room was outside the lift and I could hear everybody coming and going the whole time I was there. The staff also need a really good lesson in how to be friendly. During my entire five day stay, I’m not sure that I got a single smile or hello from anyone on the front desk. Smiles and a greeting are free guys! I’ve never experienced a hotel where you walked past the receptionist and they completely ignore you. The downstairs area is a bar, so you feel bad sitting there and working or anything if you haven’t bought a drink. Overall, I didn’t think this was great value for money and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
