Beautiful, modern, very clean, close to the restaurants and popular spots. And the staff kept me smiling and laughing while there. Very good personalities. As a solo traveler, it was a good & comfy experience

"Very comfortable and convenient"

Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, good coffee and breakfast. I could easily get where I wanted to go walking or by public transit.

It is located downtown, and the urban problems of unhoused fellow citizens and urban poverty are present. Having said that, as a solo female traveller I have not experienced any problems at any time of day or night. I never felt unsafe returning late at night after concerts. In fact, I would stay here again.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Room was very comfortable. Restaurants within one block were great.

Outdoor patio should have some umbrellas.

breakfast was great. I am a smoker and this hotel has a nice dedicated patio for people who smoke. not stuck out front but a really nice big patio.

"Friendly staff, lots of breakfast options."

Bathroom shower has inadequate "grab bars". Those are pretty standard now in all hotels. No "handheld" option, just an old fashion shower head. Otherwise bathroom facilities were great.

"Great stay! Limani Restaurant and Bar is a building away. Janice @frontdesk was a great staff."

Janice at the front desk was a great help. She is an excellent person, capable of handling situation and management of guests. I left my sunglass in the room during check out. She sent someone to the room and brought it to the reception for me to pick up after I called her. I appreciate this kindness and professionalism of her. Hess Market is a minute away. I loved hanging out at Limani Greek Bar. The owner George is a great person. I made friendship with his people.
