Location and breakfast.

Room was not clean. Used linen from the occupant before me and never cleaned during the entire week I was there. The trash bin was full when I arrived and there were used, dirty towels under the sink.

Location, friendly staff

Required renovation, no natural light in room, colored water from taps, bathroom door was not closing, fridge failed, a lot of stains on carpet, jalousie on bathroom glass partition defected, no price list on minibar ( it was excessive price) , no noise insulation, and smoking smell from other room was entering to room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Ankara. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming and everything was well organized. All the staff were very kind friendly and helpful throughout my stay which made a big difference. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.
