Rezalet ötesi. Otel yönetimi tarafından bilindiği halde 3. Günde aynı şikayetlerin iletildiği bina kısmına rezerve edilmişim.sürekli gürült, Gece müdürü talep ettiğim halde 3-4 yıldızlı bir işletmede olmadığı dile getirildi öncesinde defalarca orada kalan bir misafir olarak bunu tekrar müşterisine bile mazur gören bir yerde gecenin 1’inde çocuğumla çıkış yapıp yeni otel bakmak zorunda kaldım

İnanılmaz ilgililer tüm çalışanlar, çok güzel bir otel bundan sonra Ankara seyahatim olursa mutlaka bu oteli tercih ederim

The spa was nice but the room stunk of cigarettes when we walked in. The bathroom has a floor to ceiling window with a blind that didn't have an option to close it so we could see straight through to the bathroom from the room. The food was basic and the staff seemed in a massive rush to get us served and were even asking guests to leave the restaurant with their deserts as they were closing at 8.30pm. They were that quick we got served 3 courses within half an hour with each arriving before we'd finished the first. Good location though although on a busy street so quite noisy.

Benim ikinci evim ve ailem oldular. Köpeklerimle oraya gidince hep bir mutlu oluyoruz. İyi ki var holiday inn ailesi.
