Nothing to admire

The rooms are not at the 5-star level, but two stars. The air conditioning units are old split units. A lot of water leaked from the air conditioner onto the room floor, and the air conditioner was very dirty. I contacted them to fix it, and they fixed it, but then it turned off by itself and there were noises in the air conditioner. The bed is very bad, the bathroom is very bad, and the food is very bad. I contacted them to change rooms, but they did not change them. It was a very bad night. It is not worth staying in it, and I do not recommend anyone stay in it.

La struttura non e' assolutamente da 5 stelle. Ho avuto un trattamento pessimo al limite dell'accettabile con tanto di aggressione verbale da parte dello staff alla reception perche' pretendevano che pagassi il transfer dall'aeroporto gestito dall'albergo che non avevo utilizzato. Maleducazione totale. Dopo sono arrivate le scuse ma non cancellano il trattamento riservato ad un ospite. L'albergo dove vada sempre era fully booked ed ho prenotato questo "5 stelle". Mai piu'!

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wir konnten zu Fuss die shops und den bazaar erreichen. Wir danken allen für den schönen Urlaub.

Very nice 5-star hotel with a warm, family feel instead of a cold luxury atmosphere. The highlight was the extremely friendly and authentic staff. You can tell that hospitality is truly lived here

Hôtel très bien situé à côté du centre ville Le personnel est très agréable ,la nourriture est très bonne,les chambres sont propres. Nous reviendrons sans problème je recommande fortement.

Very helpful, polite, respectful staff Excellent location, good food, fast service, clean BIG pool, not just a pond! Comfy lounges, clean everywhere, hot sauna, good hammam. Great value all round
