Struttura pulita con ottimo staff Colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti per clientela asiatica ed Europea Wi-Fi prende in ogni parte della struttura Posizione ? Dipende sempre da quello che cerca una persona , noi relax ed era perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro ma abbastanza isolata, il che mi ha stupito, hanno ricavato una bella area. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa , per questo giro, al prossimo sicuramente valuteremo anche questa

Un appunto lo farei al letto un po troppo rigido per i nostri gusti, ma va da se, che a molti piacerà cosi. Altra mancanza che in un resort dovrebbe esserci, un po di animazione che faccia passare qualche ora distraendo

The staff are great especially the night shift receptionist, Mohamed. He helped us fix the issues that we had with the hotel and was always friendly and helpful. Also the manager Usman made sure we had the right rooms and that we were comfortable in them.

We arrived at around 4 am to the hotel and checked in the hotel. Both rooms given to us were wrong and not we asked for. One of the rooms didnt have a working AC. Then we were moved to another room which had a big bed and 2 bunk beds. There were insects and the beds are not comfortable, so we didn't sleep the first night. We stayed awake until the breakfast, but the breakfast was also not good. The food is very cheap and has no spices. It is an all-inclusive so I didn't really expect much. What I really didn't like is the cleanliness. We checked in our third room, then the cleaner comes after a while and says he forgot to clean a spot so he enters and continues cleaning while we were already inside. The bedsheets are stained and the room was very dirty. I even spilled some coffee on the floor, and after 4 housekeepings the stains stayed there. So yea they don't clean at all.

Le personnel, l’emplacement

Personeel was altijd met een glimlach en behulpzaam. Eten was super lekker elke dag iets anders op de menu. Kamers waren goed ruim en comfortabel locatie was op voetafstand naar de strand ongeveer 5/6 min.
