Montana Pine Resort - All Inclusive

We have stayed at this hotel twice before but both times over 10 years ago, and how the hotel has developed since then. I'll start with the positives, the pools are great, and we also tried the Tennis courts and the crazy golf all good. The best things were the Evening entertainment which was excellent, the fantastic cruise on the hotels Yacht (Optional extra - Book in advance) and the Spa... Excellent massages and Hamman, and overall the value for money it is very good, so we do recommend this hotel. The things that let it down slightly was the All Inclusive where the drink choices were few.... only 3 cocktails on offer and just the basic beers and spirits allowed, and again the food is good although it does all get a bit boring after a few days. The staff were a mix of very friendly and others that didn't like their jobs and told you so! In the main restaurant the staff would whip your plate away while your still eating.... and start moving your table and redressing it while you were still sat at it! I think the meal times are the meal times and if run over 10mins you will know about it!!! The Pool towels were only changed once a week which is strange when they don't leave a note explaining that it's for the environment or to save money etc, we needed to keep asking the front desk every 2 days for replacements. Overall we had a nice stay which was very relaxing and despite the issues we would still recommend it as it was good value, and parts were very good.

Stayed there a couple of years ago and it was great, couldn’t fault it. This time the accommodation was not so good, a bit shabby and tired, daily cleaning poor. Staff were very pleasant though. Stay was early October and it was clear there was a wind down to end of season with less staff and facilities. Overall disappointed, doubt if I’ll go back and couldn’t honestly recommend it to anyone.

Staff keep the hotel and grounds immaculate, but some updates and repairs required. We would have liked more choices for the evening meals, and some gravy or sauce for the meat. Really enjoyed all the evening entertainment

Excellent location good entertainment but food quite bland & repetitive overall a lovely hotel

Lovely hotel off the beaten track but bus service is available and taxi (20 L) to take you to the local beach and town. room was a let down very basic, only 2 chairs on balcony when there was 3 of us. Would I stay here again - yes I would but would upgrade to a better room

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was fantastic and views were great. Food was good but not great - lots of variety. Drinks were good but some confusion about when and where they were free and when charged.

Wow, this stay was the best part of a 3 week solo vacation to Greece & Turkey. What a treasure! I arrived early & was immediately offered a comfortable stay at the pool & booked a massage at the Crocus Spa until my room was ready. After the intense heat & weary island hopping of Greece, this luxurious setting high up in a pine forest with several pools & incredibly helpful restaurant staff was exactly what I needed! I felt like I had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I got the Head in the Clouds head, scalp & face massage & was enchanted by the kindness and beauty of main spa manager while recovering from a sprained ankle. The setting & vistas were exotic & peaceful & the evening entertainment was unexpected, free & superb. I saw Russian dancing one night, traditional Turkish dancing another night. I noticed they were offering water aerobics, bocce balls & other daytime activities too. The "halfboard" was really a glorious buffet spread of free breakfast & dinner. Wow! Everything was cooked perfectly & the variety was heavenly! The biggest problem I had was how unsupportive the reception staff was with providing information about getting to and from Dalaman airport which is an hour away. Be forewarned, this is an expensive taxi ride and the hotel does not offer shuttle service. I would HIGHLY recommend that the hotel provide a free shuttle service to the airport twice a day & provide a carpooling board for guests. This hotel is almost exclusively for couples.

The resort was wonderful itself. Everything was fine, especially for facilities.

the hotel is overall very nice with half board and nice staff. But the hotel cleaniness needs to be improved. The location is a little bit far away from the beach and I hope the hotel service bus could be more.
