The staff was very good. Especially the attention of Fahri at reception was very good.

We enjoyed the adequately cooked breakfast

You have coffee and tee 24/7 at lobby, clean room good beds, friendly staff

Polite, friendly hotel staff. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have heating in the rooms as we visited Turkey when it’s still quite chilly.

Floors in the corridors and in our room wasn’t very clean i.e coffee marks, dust and hairs Our rooms were on the same floor as the reception and unfortunately there was just too much noise in the corridor, people shouting (other hotel residents), doors slamming etc so not great when trying to sleep or to be woken up by in the early hours of the morning. The balcony to the rooms looked out into the road outside the hotel which again was very noisy at times- just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Also expected there to be an iron available in a 4 star hotel but this wasn’t the case. However there is a dry cleaning service located just a minute from the hotel which was handy. Breakfast was disappointing =( . There was no hot food available and the options were minimal i.e cold cucumber, tomatoes, and other vegetables plus bread and butter, boiled egg.

Traditional Turkish breakfast with plenty of choice and as much as you can eat. Fresh coffee was available in the foyer all day at no charge. Location is very central to all the amenities of the town.

Hot water seemed to be available in shower room for only short periods, and prevented me from showering when I would normally choose to do so-I don't like cold showers!
