Uma das vistas mais lindas que ja vi na vida, acredito que uma das mais bonitas do Douro. Café da manhã gostoso, funcionarios muito agradaveis e atenciosos, quarto bem limpo.

senti falta da porta do banheiro na minha acomodacao, mas percebi que as dos outros familiares tinha, entao acredito que seja espeficico das minhas instalações.

The views were absolutely breathtaking and truly the highlight of the stay — so beautiful that you could easily spend an entire day simply relaxing at the hotel and taking everything in. No tour could really do the scenery justice compared to experiencing it from the property itself. There were also plenty of comfortable places to sit, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful, and the bar was excellent — the drinks were especially well made and added a lovely touch to the stay.

The restaurant experience was pleasant overall, though some aspects of the dining and breakfast could be improved to better match the high standard set by the hotel and its incredible location. It would also be very helpful to have a designated loading and unloading area closer to the entrance to make luggage handling more convenient for guests.
