De kamer was ruim en netjes. Op wandelafstand van het zeer mooie en nette dorpje Rocallaura.

De spa was op vele vlakken aan een updatje toe. Vele faciliteiten die nauwelijks of niet meer werkten. Het ontbijt vonden we ronduit slecht. Weinig keuze en minderwaardige producten. Een glaasje fruitsap van een vieze automaat lukt niet.

Bel Hôtel Spa, grand, bien décoré. Personnel très sympa. Le lieu est calme. Grand parking devant l'hôte où on peut laisser les voitures et motos en sécurité. Chambre spacieuse, propre et belle salle de bain. Belle piscine intérieure, terrasse. Grande salle de restaurant et grand salon. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et fourni. Repas sous forme de buffets à volonté (entrée, plat, dessert), manque un peu de choix, mais pour 20€ vin compris (ou autre boisson), c'est difficile de faire beaucoup mieux (c'était très correct quand même)

Habitació molt neta, àmplia i llit molt còmode. Menú bufet amb molt bona qualitat-preu. Personal de recepció i Spa molt amable i atent.

El personal del menjador no entén el català. Ja no demano que el parlin, com a mínim que l’entengui.

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, las instalaciones del balneario, la tranquilidad del lugar, la habitación amplia, la sensación de comodidad, aunque el hotel esté casi completo.

Quizá la comida creo que debería ser más variada, las ensaladas son excelentes, pero los segundos requieren un poco más de imaginación, la paella algo sosa. Si se consigue mejorar en este aspecto el resultado final no podría ser mejor
