"The check-in experience was terrible"

Help us book a taxi for the next day in advance.

The room is too small, the toilet is also very small, and the sanitation was not cleaned well when we went to the hotel, and the price was very expensive. The random check-in that night was 275 Euros cheaper than our online reservation in advance. The door lock is broken, which is a great safety hazard and the sound insulation effect is extremely poor. The toilet keeps leaking after flushing, it's a Halloween experience.
