Wonderful position, lovely views, nice gardens . Good access to villages and towns in area. Very nice staff . Good food at very reasonable priced .

Staff very thin on the ground , leading to problems like very slow service , problems eg shower being addressed slowly , rooms not being serviced and common parts not clean .

The location , the staff , the pool and the food .

Suberb location offered with east parking access. Staff were excellent and helpful although another server and kitchen staff might have led to a speedier service on the second busier day. A lovely pool to with option to book for sole use.

Disappointed at the noise on 9th in the afternoon due to two large families whose young children were running and shouting around the grounds making the grounds effectively out of bounds to us. We didn’t think to check this when we booked.. so “buyer beware” I guess
