Super Location on The Roseland Peninsula

Hot water in room was a bit tepid. Room could do with a refresh. Otherwise all good

Gorgeous location, the comfiest bed we have ever slept in! Lovely gardens to stroll in, fabulous bath! Friendly staff

The pool was out of action and the whole point was to be able to have a swim for my poorly back. The dining room had Xmas lights but they were not on to make it cosy. Wifi wasn't amazing.

Shower was not very good hardly any pressure and kitchen sink slow to drain

Excellent location. This was our second stay and we had our dog with us each time so we stayed in one of the studio rooms which are very comfortable and practical for people with a dog. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but maybe try the village pub for our evening meal.

Food in the restaurant wasn't brilliant and menu a bit limited but thats being picky. Cooked breakfast was good but other elements (toast, marmalade, fruit, yoghurt) were a bit sparse. Cleaning and maintenance maybe could be better but it was a wet February so I'm sure it will be spruced up for summer.

Location. Charm. Food. Service. All very good.
