Hotel Leopold I

Prenotazione camere matrimoniali un po' dubbia. Se prenoto una matrimoniale,la struttura non può confermarla in base alla disponibilità all arrivo del cliente. O c'è la disponibilità in fase di richiesta o no. Chiesta matrimoniale con prenotazione non cancellabile, mi è stata assegnata,con mio disappunto,una camera a due letti.

Beds are uncomfortable

Nice micro location, but far from the city center…not in walking distance, but 15 minutes drive.

The lady at front desk was very unpleasant. My colleague and me (both male), reserved double bed room for a one night. When we arrived to hotel early mentioned lady told us we have single king size bed option only. After discussing we decided to take the room even she didn’t give us a possibility to see the room. After we sort out check in, we went to the room, where we have seen two single beds connected together, so when we start separating then, we have found filthy bed sheets and mattress. (Blood stained or similar, with hair included.) After we sort bed, addition shock were in bathroom. Lump of hair in Shower, and Yelow stains on the toilet seat. For sure, no way to stay in this place ever again, even though the location of the hotel is in Petrovaradin fortress with beautiful views on NOvi sad city and Danube river. I don’t remember seeing such a bad behaviour from the staff anyway, like this person at front desk was. Absolutely she has some kind of problem with communication. P.S. toilet and show I didn’t take photo of, as My colleague has clean it, as he has to use bathroom.

Stilvolle, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene, jedoch phänomenal im Herzen der Festung Peterwardein gelegene Unterkunft, ideal zum Kennenlernen der Geschichte der Region um Neusatz/Novi Sad und der serbischen Regionalhauptstadt selbst.
