The rooms were very clean and we were greeted promptly. The rooms were kept at a lovely temperature. The value for money was amazing as it was very easy to get to the tube and was not too expensive for a night.

The chemical smell in the rooms was a bit overwhelming. It's nice to know the room is clean but the smell was a bit much. Also, the curtain rails were broken in the room

Great location, so close to South Ealing station. Friendly staff, very quick and easy check in and check out. Generous with facilities in room, e.g. TV, water, tea, towels
