Parking was TERRIBLE! Very difficult to get in/out of parking garage without hitting another vehicle or a concrete pillar. Hotel needs major updating. Carpeting was filthy and my suggestion is to not wear white socks in the room. Outside hallways/stairways were dirty as well and that flooring looks decades old. They could have at least provided USB/outlet extensions as the electrical outlets were few and far between. The hair dryer was hard-wired into the wall and did not work. The front desk loaned me a hair dryer - also did not work. So disappointed with our stay - the biggest positives were comfortable beds and great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower.

"Horrible customer service"

Room was full of wasps. Staff’s solution was to hand me a can of wasp spray. I killed about 15, then four more showed up 30 minutes later. We filled a formal complaint with Booking and accepted an offer to check out. Drove to Rapid City and found lodging.
