It would have been nice if they had turned on the AC in our room before we arrived. It was very hot in our room and took awhile to cool it down.

Room was large and clean. Our room opened to pool area and was quite. Location was convenient to downtown Boerne and many restaurants. Staff very nice.

"The most unusual stay at a Comfort Inn, or for that matter at any hotel I have ever stayed."

Facility was very clean, and my room was clean. Conveniently located. Quiet.

I waited forever before someone returned to the office to check me in. At least 30 minutes past the posted time. So strange. Not a very welcoming first impression experience. Very cold and Spartan like lobby decor with check-in desk enclosed behind plexiglass with a little opening to pass documents through to clerk. Room decor was like it was layed-out and designed by an engineer, intriguing, designed with low maintenance and replacement costs in mind. Shower lever was not working properly.
